Applications are typically processed within 48 hours. This process depends on how quickly we receive required documents, and when we receive back your screening results. 

There is an application fee of $13. Additional applicants 18 yrs and older are $13 per applicant. Security deposits start at $250. Additional deposit may be required.

Rent can be paid online through your Resident Portal. 

We do not charge any additional monthly community fees. Other than your rent amount, you will see your utility charges for water, sewer & valet trash. The utility provider does charge a service fee. 

Our available Internet and Cable providers include At&t Fiber, Google Fiber, and Comcast/Xfinity.

Yes, we do offer a referral amount of $300 for current residents and $100 for previous residents who refer a friend.

Guests must be accompanied by the resident in all amenity areas and park in designated guest parking spaces. All guests are required to follow community rules and guidelines.

Yes, we have a ton of off-street parking available.

Yes, our community is pet friendly.

1st Pet: $275 fee; $125 deposit 2nd Pet: $275 fee; $125 deposit. If a dog is under 1 year we require an additional $100 deposit.

Our community amenities include a gym, courtyard/charcoal grills, community room, and complimentary after-school care. We also have a playground, basketball court, and other amenities for families to enjoy. 

Microwave, Refrigerator, stove/oven and garbage disposal are our standard appliances.
